Job Description:
Title – Business Analyst
The role
As a Business Analyst in our CRM team, you will play an essential role in owning and shaping the BA activities, including managing stakeholders and their requests, understanding problems, conducting analysis to clarify needs, and refining stories. You will act as the conduit and translator between our sales, service, and marketing stakeholders and our multi-disciplinary team.
About the CRM team
The CRM team supports multiple commercial teams across the Client brands to grow our customer base and provide top-tier service. We manage all tools our commercial teams use, such as Salesforce for sales pipeline management, Docusign CLM for contracts, leads targeting solutions, AI solutions, and events management solutions.
Our team consists of nearly 30 members with diverse skills across Product (Product Managers & Business Analysts), Engineering (Full-Stack & Salesforce Engineers, Administrators, & Third-Party Consultants), and Delivery. We are primarily based in London, UK, and Sofia, Bulgaria.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Marketing stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs.
* Translate business requirements into clear, actionable stories for the technical team.
* Facilitate workshops and discussions to align priorities and outcomes.
* Lead business analysis efforts for CRM projects, ensuring alignment with organizational and departmental strategies.
* Support other Business Analysts by coordinating efforts and sharing best practices.
This role could be right for you if:
* You have experience working on CRM systems or sales processes; Salesforce experience is a plus.
* The idea of making a difference to our internal users excites you.
* Your curiosity drives you to explore beyond the obvious.
* You can adapt your approach and communication style based on your audience.
* Your facilitation skills help you navigate different and sometimes tricky situations.
* You excel at balancing details and shifting priorities while focusing on outcomes, strategy, and scope.
* You have an interest in Sales, Service, and Marketing Technologies.
This role may not suit someone who…:
* Prefers to have work assigned and uses standardized templates for analysis.
* Likes to take tasks away and present only when the outcome is perfect.
* Is more comfortable providing tools or systems support than solving detailed use cases or business problems.
