As a Groups Coordinator (Maternity Cover), your main duties and expectations for the role will include: To provide a courteous and co-operative service to clients and other departments at all times To deal with all enquiries promptly and efficiently within an 8-working hour response time, or the designated time span To assist with quotes on all group and incentive related enquiries and be responsible for converting business within the parameters set by the Revenue team Whenever possible, to upsell the hotel's premium room types, promote hotel facilities and cross- sell sister properties To continuously strive to achieve maximum reservation accuracy to ensure a world class guest experience and accurate tracking of the business To check all accounting instructions have been agreed and ensure credit accounts exist and have been approved when necessary You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
