The Role As our Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will:
* Create and oversee bespoke care plans tailored to each childs needs
* Provide hands-on clinical guidance to support both families and care staff
* Deliver training and clinical supervision to ensure safe, high-quality care
* Collaborate with CHC nurses, MDTs, and commissioners to deliver personalised packages
* Act as a key point of contact for families, helping them feel supported and heard
