Working Supervisor
Location: Derbyshire, England, United Kingdom.
Employer: Occupop.
Contract Type: Permanent.
Hours of Work: 40 hours, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
* Responsible for day-to-day operational duties of the team.
* Ensure safe deployment of the team, maintaining all health, safety and quality elements.
* Deliver work to a high standard.
* Communicate with clients, HIS Framework and Project Manager on progress or any arising issues.
* Promote a proactive safety culture on all projects to support a zero harm culture.
* Assist in delivering projects on time.
* Identify efficiencies and innovation opportunities where possible.
* Provide information for key project tools such as inspection and test plans, project programmes and risk registers.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum of five years' experience supervising staff.
* Mechanical or electrical formal qualifications through the apprenticeship route.
* Proven supervisory skills and experience.
* FLT licence preferable.
* CDM Awareness Training.
* Training in welding, rigging, slinging or confined space preferable.
* Ability to set the team to work safely, including all safety paperwork, RAMS, POWRA, etc.
* Ability to oversee project work to completion.
* Strong communication skills at all levels.
* Positive attitude towards safety.
* Strong team player.
* Flexible approach to work.
* Ability to work well under pressure and on tight timescales.
