The Role
You’ll gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of property disputes, working alongside experienced lawyers who are committed to your professional development and progression. You can expect to work on commercial landlord and tenant matters such as lease renewals, break notices, dilapidations and land disputes such as boundary disputes, rights of way, overage agreements and some residential possession claims.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a solicitor with the following attributes:
* Solid litigation experience and exposure to dispute resolution work
* Strong commercial awareness and proactive mindset
* Genuine enthusiasm and drive to build a career in real‑estate litigation
* For more experienced solicitors: proven expertise in real‑estate litigation, ability to manage a varied caseload independently, collaborative approach and commitment to maintaining a supportive team culture
