How you will make an impact as a Lettings Branch Manager at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Hackney:
19. Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
20. Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
21. Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
22. Encourage your teams development and progression
23. Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
24. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
25. Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
26. Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
27. Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
Essential Skills of a Lettings Branch Manager at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents:
28. Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
29. Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
30. Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
31. Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
32. The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
33. The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
34. A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
35. Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
36. A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
37. Ability to work under own initiative
38. Good telephone manner
39. Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
