* Take part in structured hands‑on training covering core engineering and testing skills.
* Test working software as part of a team, applying what you’ve learned in a real‑world setting.
* Be mentored by experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing.
* Have the chance to earn industry‑standard certifications.
* Progress to client work, building confidence and taking on larger challenges over time.
* Work on a variety of projects including testing interactive web and mobile applications, assessing agentic AI solutions, delving into performance and resilience, and championing accessibility.
