Elevation HR are currently partnering with a fantastic leading SME based in Chesterfield as they look to appoint a HR Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis in a newly created role.

As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for acting as the first level of support for stakeholders across the business and advising on HR related issues:
* Onboarding new starters by preparing offer letters, contracts of employment and completing right to work and reference checks
* Acting as first line of support for line managers and advising on initial stages of company procedures
* Maintain accurate and up to date employee records
* Assist with recruitment by advertising roles and coordinating interviews
* Schedule new employee inductions
* Administer employee changes such as promotions, leavers and transfers
* Supporting the wider HR teams with note-taking in ER meetings
The ideal candidate will have previous HR experience acting as the first line of enquiry for stakeholders across the business and have a genuine passion for all things people.
