Receptionist/ Front of House role
Full-time role & 5 days in Greenwich
Initial 2 month contract but may extend long-term
Day to day duties
Greet visitors, issue security passes, manage visitor logs, and direct guests to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries from both visitors and staff.
Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, manage courier services, order and monitor office supplies, and update databases.
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area, manage meeting room bookings and catering, and assist with general office tasks.
Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff, and follow health and safety procedures, including fire and intruder alarm protocols.
Report to an Office Manager or Service Manager, and liaise with various departments or contractors.
