The Role We are seeking a commercially focused graduate to join the business as a Graduate Customer Account Manager. You will support the commercial team in managing key customer accounts, building relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The role offers hands-on experience across sales, account management, and commercial projects, with clear opportunities for progression. Key Responsibilities Support the management of customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high service levels. Work closely with customers to understand needs, resolve queries, and deliver commercial solutions. Assist with preparing sales data, forecasts, and reports for internal and customer meetings. Monitor product performance, pricing, and promotional activity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, supply chain, production, NPD) to deliver customer requirements. Contribute to new business development activities, including tenders and presentations. Gain a deep understanding of the food manufacturing sector and customer landscape. About You Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (2:1 or above preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
