An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a flagship, multi-tenanted commercial estate in Shoreditch. This is a high-visibility role requiring a proven operator with the capability to manage complex service delivery, high stakeholder expectations, and a large-scale urban estate.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of all facilities and building services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
* Manage contracts across M&E, cleaning, security, front of house, and building fabric maintenance.
* Ensure full compliance with statutory, H&S and internal policy obligations.
* Foster excellent occupier relationships and maintain strong communication channels.
* Monitor budgets, manage service charges and lead monthly partner performance meetings.
* Oversee sustainability initiatives, utilities management and emergency preparedness.
* Deputise for the Estate Manager and support additional sites across the portfolio as required.
