Were looking for experienced electronics assembly operatives who can solder, wire, read technical drawings and work hands-on with high-spec products.
The Opportunity
Were hiring four skilled Electronics Assembly Operatives to join a busy and growing engineering firm in Rugby that builds advanced laser systems.
Youll be part of a fast-paced production team, working on high-end equipment from day one:
* Soldering and wiring complex assemblies
* Handling PCBs and electronic components
* Building chillers and cooling systems
* Interpreting and following technical schematics
This isnt for beginners. Its a role for someone whos done it before, knows their way around a soldering iron, and is confident with crimping and wiring.
