- Sales or temp recruitment experience maybe youve worked in lettings, car sales, hospitality, finance, or a fast-paced temp agency.
Youve learned how to handle pressure and talk to people fast
- Resilience you dont spiral if someone says no.
You bounce, learn, and keep going
- Energy Were looking for people who take initiative and are proactive, not just fill a seat
- Commercial brain you spot where moneys being made and you want in
What Youll Actually Be Doing:
- Building your own client base from scratch (with backup from a team that knows the game inside out)
- Sourcing and placing engineers into contract roles the kind of people most recruiters cant even find
- Becoming a name in your space someone clients and candidates want to work with
- Hitting clear weekly targets so you always know where youre at
