We’re expanding our Digital Sales and Customer Success team within the Marketing Division to enhance our online customer journey and ensure every enquiry receives a professional, prompt, and personal response. The Role As a Digital Online Sales & Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be part of the Marketing Division, working to increase customer contact, improve lead conversion accuracy, and drive enquiry-to-test-drive performance. You’ll manage online leads from first contact to qualified appointment, issue quotes and valuations, and collaborate closely with the on-site sales teams through Microsoft 365 platforms. Key Responsibilities Respond to and manage all digital enquiries across Renault, Dacia & Alpine brands. Qualify leads, send quotes, guideline valuations, and confirm test drives. Record all contact accurately within the Pinnacle CRM/DMS system. Work collaboratively with showroom sales teams, following up on personalised video introductions and test drive requests during negotiation periods. Maintain professional and consistent communication with customers and colleagues using Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint). Deliver a transparent and engaging experience from enquiry to order take. Support customer satisfaction post-sale, ensuring long-term retention. About You Strong CRM and data management skills (Pinnacle preferred). Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Accurate typing and keyboard skills are essential. Ability to work across multiple digital platforms and manage several enquiries simultaneously. Confident using Microsoft Office 365 and online communication tools. Experience in automotive, digital sales, or customer success advantageous.
