Your role as EDA Support Engineer will be to:
* Develop and maintain EDA environments using Cadence tools and flow
* Provide support to the design teams and provide technical expertise on tools/flows.
* Script automation and design flow enhancement
* Become a key point of contact within the business for EDA/system issues
You will have:
* A BSc / MSc degree within Electronics or similar
* A number of years’ experience supporting Cadence and Siemens EDA design tools (Virtuoso, Calibre) with commercial PDKs
* Strong scripting skills in Python / Bash / Perl
* Excellent communication and analytical skills with sound judgment and practical insight
* A keen interest to contribute to one of the UK’s fastest growing start-ups
