Your Responsibilities

• Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Delivering small-group and one-to-one interventions
• Assisting teachers during lessons
• Supporting students who require additional academic guidance
• Helping raise confidence, engagement, and attainment
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
