What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providing 1:1 and paired support for pupils with autism
* Encouraging communication, social skills, and classroom engagement
* Working alongside skilled SEN and teaching staff to personalise learning
* Supporting students with structured routines and clear expectations
* Helping implement strategies from therapists and SEN professionals
Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant For this Westminster School:
* Graduate (2:2 or above) with a keen interest in special educational needs
* Calm, reliable, and ready to commit until July 2026
* Experience with autism or SEN (preferred but not essential)
* Eager to learn, proactive, and compassionate
