Are you an experienced HR Manager or Head of HR looking for your next opportunity. If so, we’d love to hear from you. We are seeking a commercially focused Head of HR to play a key role in shaping and strengthen our global HR Operations. Reporting to the VP of HR you will lead an international HR team to deliver a generalist HR agenda across multiple regions. This is a hands‑on operational leadership role ideal for an experienced, commercially driven HR professional who thrives in a complex, fast paced environment and is passionate about building inclusive values‑led cultures.

VITEC’s UK division is based in Dalgety Bay, Scotland, a leading IPTV and digital signage provider worldwide. Our values and solutions have formed the foundation of a reputation which has allowed us to build a global list of recognised customers including Nasa, NHS, BBC and the Royal Navy.

About the Role

The Head of HR is responsible for leading HR Operations to ensure delivery of a consistent, high‑quality HR service across all stages of the Employee Lifecycle. This role leads and develops the global HR team, ensuring effective delivery across recruitment and talent acquisition in partnership with an Internal Recruitment Specialist, employee relations, reward, learning and development, engagement.


What you’ll do

* HR Leadership - Lead and manage the global HR Team to ensure effective delivery of HR operations across all regions
* Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Partnership - Partner closely with the Internal Recruitment Specialist to drive excellence in operational recruitment, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives
* Compensation & Benefits - Support VP of HR to ensure the global reward strategy drives retention, performance and engagement
* Employee Relations – Oversee employee relations globally ensuring consistent, fair and legally compliant practices
* Learning & Development - Manage the global performance management cycle ensuring accountability and ensuring alignment and integration of the career management framework
* Wellbeing & Engagement - Leads global wellbeing and engagement activities aligned to HR strategy and supports HR Team with delivery of regional activities
* HR Data & Reporting - Oversee HR systems and quality of HR data and reporting across regions
* HR Operations, Policy and Compliance - Ensure HR policies and processes are compliant, scalable and consistently applied
* Organizational Culture and Values - Support VP of HR to drive culture development initiatives and embed organizational values across all regions


About You

The Head of HR provides expert judgement, commercial insight, and operational leadership, while embedding organisational values, driving cultural alignment, and ensuring compliant, scalable people practices across all regions.


Key Requirements

* Proven experience as an HR Manager or Head of HR in a broad generalist capacity in a technical environment
* Experienced in internal technical recruitment/talent acquisition, or partnering with Internal Recruitment Specialists to drive best practice talent acquisition strategies, with a specific focus on a high‑quality candidate experience
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to align HR activities with business priorities & global HR strategy
* Strong HR leadership skills with ability to influence and advise senior leaders
* Strong people and relationship management skills including experience in leading, mentoring and developing HR teams
* Experienced in data driven decision making using HR data to inform and support decisions.
* Experience of change management and transformation, demonstrating resilience, adaptability and the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
* Strong understanding of HR policy, practice and employment legislation ensuring application across regions
* Educated to degree level in Human Resources, Business Management or similar and would be desirable to have Level 7 CIPD / Chartered Membership of CIPD.
* Experience of working internationally
* Experience of working at Senior level HR position
* Experience working in an international organization that makes a product.
* Experience of promoting inclusive ways of working
