You'll have a positive attitude and good timekeeping. Essential: City and Guilds, NVQ or similar qualification in a trade skill (preferably carpentry), or an equivalent level of hands-on carpentry or kitchen installation experience Well-developed carpentry and multi-trade skills across plumbing, tiling, plastering, and decorating Strong people skills for working with residents and managing different customer needs Full UK driving licence (preferably over 21, with at least 1 year's driving experience and no major motoring convictions in the last 5 years) Comfortable using IT equipment and mobile working devices Eligible for Basic DBS check Desirable: Experience in kitchen fitting or similar install work Experience working in social housing or similar customer-facing roles You'll work across Bath, Bristol and surrounding areas, with your weekly schedule provided in advance.
