Accounts Assistant - North Belfast
Office-Based | Full-Time
Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a well-established business based in North Belfast, is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join their team. Main Responsibilities:
1. Handling confidential company financial information with discretion
2. Performing general accounts duties including bookkeeping and monthly invoicing
3. Assisting with payroll tasks
4. Maintaining accurate financial records and reports
5. Supporting the wider finance team as required
Key Requirements:
6. Previous experience in a general accounts role
7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
8. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
10. A proactive, team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills
11. Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
