Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for retail operations, resources, and customer service within the branch, including line management of the Weekend Retail Assistant, coaching, and developing a multi‑skilled team.
* Hold regular colleague reviews to strengthen engagement and support development, educating and briefing on a safety‑first culture.
* Deliver structured daily briefings to ensure all colleagues work to deliver balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures in line with business goals and objectives.
* Ensure all areas of the retail counter always conform to health and safety legislation.
* Maintain branch compliance with branch standards to achieve operational excellence and balanced performance.
* Guarantee operational efficiency to deliver a safety‑first culture, ensuring completion of relevant e‑learning modules.
* Lead a retail team with a customer‑first attitude, cultivating a customer‑focused mindset and keeping customer service at the heart of everything.
* Adhere to returns, credits and warranty processes, enhancing customer experience and creating frictionless processes.
* Maintain shelf availability through accurate completion of stock movement processes.
* Deliver first‑class service through efficient pick‑to‑manifest times and achieving all service level agreements (SLAs).
* Collaborate with operations and sales teams to maximise customer opportunity.
* Minimise customer effort by ensuring a robust Click Collect process is placed and adhered to.
* Set the branch up for growth with best‑in‑class retail stores, outstanding stock management and exceptional SLAs.
* Ensure retail operations comply with financial audit requirements.
