Salary - £28,000-£32,000 (depending on experience and seniority)
Working Hours – Monday-Friday, flexible start time (08.00 - 09.00) to (16.30 - 17.30)

We're now searching for a Senior Operations Administrator to join the Foxtek team and be the key contributor when it comes to us achieving operational excellence
What you'll do
As our Senior Operations Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of Foxtek’s operations, ensuring company processes run smoothly and are as efficient as they can be, and also be in charge of running and managing our lovely office in Bristol City Centre!
Your responsibilities will include being:
Data Guardian: Responsible for managing our internal HR platform (we use Charlie HR).
Executive Assistant: Serving as the right hand to our Founders, providing ultimate support to ensure they can focus on their core responsibilities.
Travel Coordinator: Organizing business travel arrangements to ensure our team is in the right place at the right time.
Resource Management Specialist: Taking charge of office supplies and IT equipment purchases to ensure seamless operations.
Event Coordinator: Assisting in the organization of company events and meetups to foster our unique culture.
Document Management Specialist: Creating, issuing, and filing contracts with precision via our contract templates.
Project Enthusiast: Eagerly jumping into various company projects with enthusiasm and initiative.
Records Custodian: Maintaining both electronic and paper records to the highest standards for external audits.
Office Operations Manager: Overseeing office management duties to ensure our space is presentable andoperates like a well-oiled machine.
Supplier Liaison: Serving as the first point of contact for our external suppliers.

What we're looking for
Essential
At least 1 year of experience in a similar, operations-ledrole
A-level education or higher
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Good level of Excel - you're very confident in creatingformula and pivot tables
You have very good attention to detail
You have strong numeracy skills
Exceptional communication skills
Extremely organised - you're the one everyone turns to when it comes to organising holidays!
Proactive, versatile, and an ability to prioritise tasks with ease
A good sense of humour and social skills
An ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, small companyenvironment and can quickly adapt to change
Beneficial
Previous experience in a sales, Tech or recruitment environment
Previous experience in a startup/scale-up environment
Events planning experience
Knowledge of IT and tech applications such as Monday.com, CharlieHR or Pleo to name a few.
