HR Advisor (Part-Time, FTC - Maternity Cover) 30-34 hours per week | £34,000-£37,000 FTE (DOE) We are working with a leading UK technology business to recruit an experienced HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). This is a part-time role offering flexibility and the opportunity to work within a high-performing, people-focused environment. The Role You'll provide proactive, commercially focused HR support across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and employees to ensure best practice and compliance. Key Responsibilities Provide HR advice on policies, procedures and employment law Manage employee relations cases (absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance) Support performance management processes (probation, reviews, PIPs) Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding Manage offboarding processes including exits and redundancies Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll processes Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives About You Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor or senior HR admin role Strong knowledge of UK employment law Experience managing ER casework and recruitment Confident communicator with strong organisational skills Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently CIPD Level 3 (desirable) Benefits 25 days holiday bank holidays (pro rata) Flexible working / WFH options Health cash plan Gym discounts, cycle scheme & EV scheme Paid charity day INDCOM Planet Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
