Senior E-Learning Project Manager – (Strong Client Facing Experience)

Key Responsibilities
* Define and contribute to project vision, objectives, activities, and deliverables.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, assessing risks, and preparing responses to project proposals.
* Manage multiple complex projects concurrently, ensuring meticulous documentation and progress updates.
* Apply advanced project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
* Oversee project finances, providing clear updates to clients and optimizing project profitability.
* Proactively identify and manage risks, adapting strategies to navigate project changes effectively.
* Collaborate with management, contributing insights for business development and fostering strong client relationships.
Experience
* Proven ability to meet strict deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary, remote, and multi-location teams.
* Minimum of 5 years' project management experience, in e-learning, knowledge management, or related industries.
* Demonstrated success in leading teams to deliver high-quality and innovative e-learning solutions.
* Strong expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and project profitability.
* Familiarity with best practices and project management methodologies suited to varying project scopes.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
