I am supporting a great client of mine with their recruitment of a Receptionist/Administrator. This really is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a unique and exciting organisation. Given the Receptionist nature of the role this is an office based position and due to location it is essential that you have access to a car.
Below is an overview of the things you will support with in the role:
Being the face of the business you will meet and greet visitors as well as managing all incoming calls, taking messages where necessary
Handling and distributing incoming mail and other deliveries
Responding to emails
Co-ordinating of meetings over Teams and in person
Support with the organisation for the employee wellbeing programme
Providing general administration support to all departments
Managing orders for all office supplies
Organising staff social events
Co-ordination of corporate gifting for clients and employees
The ideal candidate for this role will have a fair amount of Receptionist experience as well as being enthusiastic, hard working and well-organised. Strong IT skills are also an essential for this role.
