Role Overview
As a Recruitment Advisor at Keplin Group, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, engage, and retain the best talent. You will act as a key partner to hiring managers, promoting best practices and ensuring a smooth candidate experience aligned with our company values and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the business, from initial brief to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Partner with HR and Recruitment professionals in our UK and Mumbai offices to ensure seamless collaboration.
Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and proactive outreach, and Inject innovation into recruitment with fresh ideas and strategies.
Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with accuracy and compliance.
Organise and participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
Provide data-driven insights and reporting on recruitment metrics and pipeline progress.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal recruitment policies.
Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Support onboarding processes and work with HR to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in a recruitment role, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritise tasks effectively.
Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems
Strong organisational skills with a focus on detail and process compliance.
Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and recruitment best practices and vetting processes.
CIPD Level 3 or higher, or equivalent HR/recruitment qualification.
Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing campaigns.
