About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students, helping them thrive in their learning journey. Your role will involve assisting with classroom activities, offering one-on-one support to students who need it, and helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
* Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who need extra help.
* Help maintain a positive and focused classroom atmosphere.
* Provide encouragement and motivation to students, boosting their confidence.
* Assist with preparing classroom materials and resources.
* Monitor and report on student progress to teachers.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
* A positive, patient, and supportive attitude.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
* A genuine passion for education and helping young learners succeed.
