This role is initially based in our newly established Under 2s provision at Highfield Nursery School, with expectations to work across both settings in the federation.

* Someone who believes in the power of early education and wants to make a real difference, Grade C/ 5+ or above in GCSE in English
* NVQ level 2 or above qualification - appropriate to the post (or equivalent)
Desirable Qualifications
* Grade C/ 5+ or above in GCSE in Maths
* Paediatric First Aid certification
Essential Experience
* Experience of paid work or caring for children of relevant age

* Evidence of observing and recording children's learning
