McGregor Boyall is hiring a 360 GTM Recruitment Consultant to support the continued growth of our specialist Go-To-Market practice. This is a full-lifecycle role combining business development, candidate generation, and client delivery, offering significant scope to build your own desk and long-term career.

The Role
As a 360 GTM Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding our GTM client base while delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across commercial functions.
Business Development & Market Growth
* Identify and win new client partnerships within GTM hiring markets
* Build and execute targeted outbound prospecting strategies
* Develop innovative approaches to pipeline creation and market penetration
* Build long-term, trusted relationships aligned with revenue and growth targets
Candidate Generation & Delivery
* Identify, attract, and manage high-calibre GTM talent
* Own the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing through to offer completion
* Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate and client experience
* Develop deep expertise in the GTM talent landscape
Strategic Contribution
* Contribute ideas to strengthen GTM market positioning
* Share market intelligence and hiring trends internally
* Support the development of scalable recruitment and business development strategies
About You
Experience
* 1–3 years' experience in recruitment or a relevant commercial/sales environment
* London-based preferred (hybrid flexibility considered)
Background (one of the following required):
GTM / Commercial Recruitment
* Experience hiring Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, or Commercial Leadership roles
* Exposure to SaaS or technology GTM environments preferred
OR
Commercial / Sales-Focused Background
* Experience selling into senior commercial stakeholders (VP Sales, CRO, Commercial Directors, GTM Leaders)
* Proven success in business development or client-facing sales roles
Education
* Business-related degree desirable but not essential
* Equivalent commercial or recruitment experience equally valued
