About the pub
The Griffin is a charming, characterful pub with historic roots in the local area. Set in a picturesque location in Nuneaton and full of traditional features, it attracts strong destination trade from guests seeking quality food, drink and a welcoming atmosphere.
Its superb garden, complete with scenic views, makes it an appealing choice year round—particularly for those celebrating special occasions or simply enjoying a relaxed meal or drink. As part of our premium portfolio, The Griffin delivers delicious, classic dishes with a refined twist, complemented by warm hospitality and an inviting setting.
With weekly sales of around £24k and a 35/65 split in favour of food, The Griffin already operates from a successful and well established base. However, there is clear opportunity for further growth—particularly through enhancing key calendar occasions and building a stronger programme of local events and tailored offers.
We’re seeking a General Manager with the vision and drive to build on its strengths, elevate its premium positioning, and continue making The Griffin a go to destination for memorable experiences.
There is 3 bedroom accommodation available to the GM of this pub.
