Legal Counsel - Sports & Entertainment - 1-4 PQE - London
We are currently working with a global sports and entertainment organisation who are looking for a junior lawyer to join a small, high-performing legal team. This is a varied, business-facing position offering exposure to commercial, media and licensing matters across a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial and media/technology contracts
* Supporting on licensing of data and audio-visual content
* Advising internal stakeholders across multiple business units
* Managing legal matters across commercial, real estate, events, sponsorships and more
* Working with external counsel as required
About You:
* UK-qualified lawyer with strong commercial, media or technology experience (in-house or private practice)
* Confident drafter with strong commercial judgement
* Comfortable working autonomously and engaging directly with stakeholders
* Proactive, adaptable and keen to develop within a diverse business environment
