As a Skills Practitioner you will provide Learning/Technical support to staff and students within the Division and to undertake assessment and quality assurance duties as required by the College and awarding bodies. In your role as a Skills Practitioner you will liaise with internal and external customers/stakeholders as necessary or required, provide feedback to students that will aid successful progression and achievement and stock control, to include ordering and issuing of supplies.
We are seeking to appoint an organised and efficient member to our team who has excellent communication skills and can facilitate learners on tasks. You will also provide demonstrations as required in class to aid the delivery of outstanding provision within EKC Group.
Responsibilities
* Hold a level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations.
* Upholding strong Health & Safety standards in practical environments.
* Purchase resources and materials within budget.
* Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment.
You will have recent industrial experience in a relevant area, and ideally have experience of education or involvement in training in the workplace. You will be able to work with young people to achieve and succeed their full potential aligned with the culture and ethos of the Group.
