Responsibilities
:
Reception & Office Management
1. Be the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a warm and professional wee.
2. Set up and manage meeting rooms and refreshments for internal and client meetings.
3. Maintain office supplies (stationery, refreshments, toner cartridges, etc.).
4. Handle iing and outgoing post and packages.
5. Manage the Oxford office contacts and supplier lists.
6. Assist with onboarding new starters (desk setup, passes, etc.).
7. Coordinate office celebrations, farewell events, and birthday gifts.
Admin Support
8. Provide admin assistance across the business alongside other Office Assistants.
9. Monitor shared inboxes and respond to requests within agreed timeframes.
10. Work closely with the London Coordinator on enquiry management.
11. Maintain excellentmunication with consultancy staff and support teams.
Workplace & Facilities
12. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and building management to ensure service quality.
13. Supportpliance with Health & Safety regulations.
14. Escalate any maintenance or facilities issues to the Workplace and Facilities Manager.
