You will be responsible for the safe and skilful installation of a wide variety of plants at diverse locations across London. Prior plant care knowledge can be taught if needed; a strong sense of professionalism and proactive problem-solving are essential.
Location & Hours: The role is permanent and based at client sites across London. Easy access to public transport is beneficial, a driving license is desirable. The role is based on a 42.5 hour working week with overtime opportunities available.

The opportunity: We are recruiting a highly motivated Installation Technician to join our team. You will be the final touchpoint in the client experience, ensuring designs are brought to life with precision and care.
Base pay range: This range is provided by Planteria Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience—talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities
* Execute the professional installation of plants, planters, and related irrigation systems according to project specifications and design plans.
* Ensure all plants are properly acclimatised and installed to promote long-term health and growth.
* Perform a final, thorough watering of all newly installed plants before departing the site.
* Proactively identify and address potential issues with plant health or installation before they become problems.
Customer Relationship Management
* Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, confirming arrival times, managing expectations, and providing basic care instructions.
* Maintain professional behaviour and a positive, helpful attitude at all times.
* Conduct a final walk-through with the client to ensure satisfaction and address any immediate concerns.
Operational Integrity & Safety
* Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
* Conduct comprehensive daily vehicle checks on company-provided transportation and report any maintenance needs.
* Follow established reporting procedures in the event of incidents or accidents and inform management promptly.
* Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and represent the company brand professionally.
* Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all business dealings.
Communication & Reporting
* Act as a link between the field and the office.
* Report issues to management for resolution, including unexpected site conditions or plant health concerns.
* Provide clear, concise feedback on project completion and ensure paperwork is completed accurately and submitted timely.
Requirements
