In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Data Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships A Typical Day in the Job: Provide IT support across all DEKRA IT systems; web applications, desktop and mobile computing, print and telephony to internal and external stakeholders Review all technical support related processes and documentation for continuous improvement. Work as an active member of the wider local and global IT organisation in a flexible and supportive way. Assist in maintaining and improving the performance of existing systems and software. Plan alongside the business to perform data migrations, imports and exports as required. Author and format technical documentation appropriate for the intended audience. Respond to varied tasks, project or programme as required from time-to-time. Attend meetings with DEKRA and clients as and when required.
