The Customer Development Executive job role: Business Development (approx. 50%) * Prospecting and engaging new business opportunities within event branding, venues and corporate sponsorship. * Supporting the wider growth strategy by identifying opportunities and nurturing long-term pipeline relationships. Customer Development Executive - Client relationship and administrative support: * Managing day-to-day client activity, preparing proposals and coordinating production updates. * Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring timely organisation of samples and materials. * Providing a reliable link between clients, suppliers and internal departments to keep projects running smoothly. Networking and external engagement aligned with the Customer Development Executive vacancy: * Attending venues, trade shows and industry events as a brand representative. * Building rapport, strengthening partnerships and supporting client presentations.
