Main duties of the job
* Deliver high-quality, holistic nursing care to patients with a range of medical and rehabilitation needs
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and promote independence
* Contribute to safe discharge planning and patient flow
* Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, dignity, and experience
* Support and engage with patients and families with compassion and professionalism
* Participate in continuous quality improvement and service development

£32,073 to £39,043 a year pro rata, pa, salary is dependent on experience
