Ideal Experience & Passion Junior Sous Chef
Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef within a quality-led restaurant
Passion for seasonal produce and ingredient-led cooking
Interest in fermentation and fire cooking
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience leading and motivating junior chefs
Calm and professional approach during busy service periods
High standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
