Key Responsibilities:
As Bar Manager, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a top-quality guest experience:
8. Support team supervision, training, and scheduling reporting to the General Manager
9. Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest queries
10. Assist with wine recommendations and product knowledge
11. Oversee stock control and supplier deliveries
12. Support cash handling, reporting, and cost management
13. Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety regulations
14. Assist with opening/closing and service as required

15. Previous hospitality or bar management/supervisor experience
16. Knowledge of wine and its pairings and origins (Or a passion to learn)
17. Strong leadership and communication skills
