The Role: As part of a leading M&E team, you will be responsible for maintaining the building’s critical systems and infrastructure across all electrical and mechanical services. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of this iconic commercial property. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems (LV power, lighting, AHUs, pumps, BMS, etc.) Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs Maintain compliance with health & safety and site procedures Support other engineers and contractors on site Complete all relevant documentation and reports Requirements: NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Strong understanding of M&E building services Experience working in high-end commercial or critical environments (e.g., banks, data centres, blue-chip offices) Flexible to work continental shifts (days & nights) What’s On Offer: Competitive base salary of £52,000 Regular overtime opportunities Private medical care 20 days annual leave Work in one of London’s most prestigious commercial landmarks Opportunities for training and development Ready to take the next step in your engineering career?
