Your New Role: This senior-level FP&A position involves managing a team of two and partnering closely with the Head of Finance to shape and execute strategic initiatives. You’ll take full ownership of key business functions, delivering insightful financial analysis, strategic guidance, and decision-making support. Responsibilities include designing robust financial models, drivingmercial bids, and contributing to the organisation’s five-year business plan. This pivotal role is focused on optimising performance and steering strategic change in line with business priorities. You’ll also lead and support a range of impactful projects to ensure key goals are met with precision and efficiency.
What You'll Need to Succeed You will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) with a solid FP&A background. You’ll bring advanced financial modelling expertise and a proven track record of effective business partnering,bined with strongmercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
