What you'll be doing
* Multi-tasking by operating multiple web chats simultaneously without compromising on quality
* Taking accountability for queries raised and endeavour to resolve these at first point of contact. Where these need further time to be resolved, maintaining ownership through to resolution
* Promote a positive customer experience for employees who use the service
* Deliver personal performance standards in line with wider business objectives
* Support and contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of new processes both within Shared Services and the wider business sectors
* Provide support answering our email queries
Your skills and experiences
* The ability to communicate effectively, adapting your style to individual customer needs across written and verbal communication
* Balancing a quality and efficient service in a fast paced multiskilled environment
* Confidence using IT systems, and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude
* A solution driven mindset, looking to obtain an outcome that satisfies both the employee and business requirements
* Experience working on a helpdesk is desirable but not essential

The Employee Service Centre team
As a Chat Specialist in our Employee Service Centre, you are there to help resolve employee/customer queries efficiently and most importantly, effectively, whilst creating a positive employee experience. This role will provide you with the opportunity to join a busy dynamic team and grow your customer service skills whilst working hybrid between hub and home.
