Position
Customer Advisor – Part Time, 18.75 hours per week, 3 month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities
* Become an expert advisor, guide customers for their home improvement projects.
* Manage stock and set up displays to keep the store attractive.
* Ensure the store looks great and is prepared for customers.
* Assist with paint-mixing and cutting timber when trained.
* Contribute to sales targets and overall customer service.
Qualifications & Skills
* Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic about helping others.
* Happy to help, eager to learn, and slightly obsessed with home improvement.
* Good teamwork skills and flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
* Great at using new technology and learning new ways of working.
