The Role You'll be part of a small, close-knit growing team, taking responsibility for a dedicated area of glass. This is a hands-on, technical horticutlure role where no two days are the same. You'll be involved in: Crop walking and monitoring plant health. Managing pests and diseases Following and adjusting growing schedules Spraying and irrigation General crop husbandryYou'll report to a highly experienced Technical Manager, giving you the chance to learn from the best and grow your skills in a supportive environment. What You'll Need Some horticultural knowledge, either from a relevant qualification or hands-on experience in a commercial nursery PA1 and PA6 would be great, but training can be provided. A practical, hands-on approach, you're happy pulling hoses and operating sprayers.
