Your new role
As Principal EIA Consultant, you will play a key leadership role on a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK, notable a lot of interesting renewables based projects. The Bristol office has a lot of potential for growth, in time, you could grow and lead the team!
You will be responsible for:
1. Leading EIA delivery for medium–large scale developments
2. Providing technical direction and quality assurance on environmental planning work
3. Acting as project manager forplex, multidisciplinarymissions
4. Coordinating internal specialists and external stakeholders
5. Supporting business development through tender writing, proposals and client relationship management
6. Mentoring and developing junior members of the team
7. Growing and leading a team in time
What you'll need to succeed
8. Degree in an Environmental, Planning or related discipline
9. Membership of ISEP and/or RTPI
10. Strong analytical, presentation andmunication skills
11. Experience preparing fee proposals and contributing to bids (ideally for renewables projects)
12. Self-motivated, organised, and collaborative
13. Full UK driving licence
14. Proficiency in GIS and understanding of environmental technical disciplines (ideal)
