We are seeking a mid-weight creative media strategist to join our team of over 15 professionals, working across clients such as Nestle / Nespresso and other global brands. The role involves collaborating with various specialists and reporting to the Worldwide Head of Invention.
Responsibilities
1. Creative ideation & strategy development
2. Generating and executing media-agnostic creative ideas across channels like TV, Cinema, OOH, Radio, Video, Social, Digital, Influencers, and emerging technologies like AR/XR, AI, NFT
3. Partnering with client’s creative agencies to translate concepts into media and tech ideas
4. Developing media-based creative strategies in collaboration with global strategists
5. Managing creative briefs, reviewing proposals, and overseeing asset approval processes
6. Providing creative direction and developing campaign materials such as storyboards, scripts, and user journeys
7. Identifying production partners and managing project execution
8. Maintaining client communication and promoting the Invention practice and Mindshare’s creative work externally
Qualifications
* Experience in creative roles within media or digital agencies, or tech-oriented environments
* Strong skills in ideation, design, and execution of creative solutions
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills
* Understanding of media channels and innovative technology integration
* Ability to present ideas confidently and develop client relationships
* Proficiency with graphic design software and foreign language skills are a plus
