What You Will Do Ensure all Planned, Preventative Maintenance is completed to schedule. Provide general Mechanical and Electrical maintenance on a range of buildings and plant. Implement all mechanical and electrical maintenance and corrective works on the site, in accordance with maintenance instructions, EMCOR and site specific procedures. Perform testing and inspection of electrical and mechanical systems in accordance with industry standards Assist Maintenance Supervisor in providing information for technical and incident reports Ensure all facilities and systems are maintained in order to provide maximum efficiency, availability and reliability. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental standards Person Specification What You Will Need A relevant engineering qualification C&G, BTEC L3, NVQ L3 in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Proven experience on carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on Electrical and Mechanical equipment Experience in the facilities management industry is advantageous but not essential A full UK Driving Licence Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role Be eligible to obtain security clearance Benefits Not Specified
