Deputy Children's Home Manager – Walsall Salary: £40,000 Location: Walsall, West Midlands Contract: Full-time, Permanent Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people? We are looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at a well-established children's residential home in Walsall. About the Role: As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the daily running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance. You will lead a team of residential support workers, promoting a child-centred approach that helps young people achieve their full potential.
