Receptionist, required to join a friendly front of house team, to work for our client, a hotel, located in the Eastbourne area. This role is offered for a 35-hour week, and you will be working over 5 days out of 7 days, to include week-ends and bank holidays on a rota. Live in is available if required. Working with the Front of House Team, you will excel at providing guests with a first class service, ensuring a smooth check-in/out service and deal with any enquiries swiftly and efficiently. As the first port of call for guests, you will directly affect their impression and experience of staying within this Hotel. You will provide a pivotal role in maintaining the level of service standards. Although specific hotel reception experience is not essential, you will need to have an understanding of what constitutes outstanding service.
