Job Intro
This is a permanent opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join a busy firm in Bradford within the automotive industry. This is a hybrid role (3/4 days in the office whilst training and 2/3 days in the office after training). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with administrative and customer service experience.
Job Profile
The role will focus on delivering outstanding customer service and high-quality sales support to customers. You will support the Customer Service Team Leader with day-to-day operations, ensuring orders, deliveries, and administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Duties Include:
• Managing the complete order-to-shipment process
• Daily communication with customers and different departments within the business
• Monitoring and resolving delivery issues promptly
• Processing customer pricing approval requests and following up with relevant departments
• Setting up and maintaining accurate customer account records
• Assisting with invoicing and resolving related queries
• Managing stock and delivery schedules
• Following all internal procedures and audit requirements
Experience, Skill Set and/or Qualifications Required:
• High level of written and verbal communication
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• SAP knowledge and experience (highly desirable)
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative environment (essential)
• Background in the automotive or related industry (advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Hours: 39 hours per week
Salary: 27,000 – 30,000 depending on experience
Work Location: Bradford (hybrid working - 3/4 days on site whilst training and 2/3 days on site after training)
